2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently provide direct doorstep delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners, DPD and Royal Mail.
3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) on a business day will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT), or on weekends and public bank holidays, will begin processing on the next available business day.
Our standard Handling Time to pick, pack, and dispatch your order is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
4. Delivery Times & Shipping Costs
We believe in straightforward pricing. We charge a strict, flat-rate shipping fee of £4.99 per order, regardless of the size, weight, or total cost of your basket.
Transit Time: Once your order is dispatched, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the courier to deliver the package to your doorstep.
Total Delivery Time: Combined with our handling time, you will receive your order within 4 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. While rare, occasional delays can occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, or high seasonal volumes. We will promptly notify you of any known delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to DPD or Royal Mail, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your parcel’s journey to your doorstep in real-time.
6. Missed Deliveries & Address Errors
Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Scintei cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect customer input.
Missed Doorstep Delivery: If you are unavailable to receive your parcel, DPD or Royal Mail will typically leave a calling card with instructions to arrange a re-delivery or to collect your item from a local depot.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing from your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will open an investigation and work with you to resolve the issue swiftly and fairly.
